Multiple time card screen changes

Currently the default setting for the punch type column is Time. I would propose to have the ability to toggle the column heading between time, hours and dollars, for all records at once. This eliminates mouse clicks and speeds up the quick entry process.
IE a client wants to add a bulk number of hours to each employee, one click would change the punch type to hours. data entry is now simplified to add hours down the line.
