This has been proposed in the past. We get this request quite often. Regional or district managers should not have full client access for security controls. The only way they can have supervisor access is by having a supervisor login for each company. Please provide multi-site access for supervisors.

This is still an issue because of the security issues when granting CLIENT ACCESS to supervisors. Is this request under consideration?
