One of our clients uses projects as they are grant based and they have to go back and unfinalize a whole pay period frequently when they only need to go back a few days. They mentioned they in the classic system they were able to only unfreeze the amount of time they needed and would like that ability in timeworks plus. Here is a example from them. "Using the new TimeWorksPlus is awesome but if asked if there was one thing I would go back to the old way of doing it is being able to lock based on dates rather than pay periods. Reason being is that by locking by pay period, we are at a disadvantage if we need to go back and change a project number so that future reports will reflect the change. For example, say May 15 for me needed 1 hour changed from 9200 to 9500 I would have to un-finalize several pay periods to make this correction then re-finalize each one. With the old system, I would simply unlock back to May 15, make the change and relock to the end of the most recent pay period.
We regularly have this scenario."
It's ridiculous that you can't Finalize or Un-Finalize more than one pay period at a time...!!!
