Paid Break prompt to subtract Difference not entire break

I'd like to see an option for the paid break where the difference is subtracted for taking over the allotted time. For example, I have it set for 10 minute breaks, if a person takes 20 minutes I'd like to still give them the 10 minutes, but then subtract the EXTRA 10 minutes ( Basically clock them out for the extra 10 minutes). Right now the only option is to clock them out for the whole 20 minutes they were gone.

    Thanks for the feedback.  This already exists as an intelligent clock feature.
