Recently clients have been asking why the Current Hours Worked on the Time Works Mobile App do not match the total hours shown on the online time card. The mobile app is displaying the time in hours:minutes format (example 6:15 for 6 hours 15 minutes) and the online time card displays it as 6.25 hours. This is very confusing to the employee who uses both the online portal and the app. Although the online time card can be set to reflect the time in hours and minutes, I have not had a client yet who wants to see the time in this format. The app should be changed to match the setup of the time card.
