Supervisor and Employee Usernames cannot be the same when using TW Mobile

Currently, if an employee and manager share the same Login ID (ie, setting the manager's employee login to be the same as his Supervisor/Client Level), they cannot sign into the mobile application.  If the Login ID is the same, the TW Mobile defaults the account to a Supervisor/Client level access and the individual cannot access their personal employee information.

Our company offer a Single Sign On function between our payroll system and TWP.  This same SSO can allow a Manager to have access to their Employee and Manager accounts on the same page.  The requirement, however, is that the Login IDs must match for each level of access.  This present a problem for our clients, as their managers now cannot access the mobile application from their employee account.

SSO offers a greater degree of value for us, so we would not remove SSO to provide mobile access to these individuals.  I am hoping that Swipeclock is not aware of the limitation, and that it is an easy fix to mobile application.
