Currently, the "rates" bar will tell you how much you are spending on your schedule each day, but it will not calculate the rates as overtime when the employee's schedule exceeds 40 hours or whatever OT rule is active in TWP. To accurately budget and reconcile scheduled vs. actual labor, the OT rates should be incorporated into the "rates" bar when performing the calculation for the labor cost.
