When you create a report under Reports Menu >> Manage Custom Reports, you can include Pay Categories in the report, and choose the specific categories you'd like included in the report. You can also choose to include any Clock Prompt in the system, however the system does not present the same menu as Pay Category. You report must return all entries under a specific clock prompt, and then the user must export into Excel and filter the report there.
My clients and I would like to see a similar menu to the Pay Category one when creating and managing custom reports. Being able to create reports specific to Clock Prompts would be a huge improvement in reporting.
