I was thinking that you guys could vary the format of the detail report. I'm a relatively young person, I can read it perfectly and I can understand the report with little effort. But I think it would be nicer, and more friendly towards other users, that the format, for example, is bigger, like the font and change the abbreviations of the terms or fields appearing in there. Here's why: my boss printed the report for the employees of our company, and they had kind of a hard time understanding what the report was about. They , including my boss, told me that it would be better if it breaks the days not by week, but by column, or at least something not so compacted rows per week. Also, I know some of the other clients we're adding to the system, and they don't have the better sight conditions, be it for age of another reason. There the font change into something bigger would be helpful.
One final thing: if there was a way to export this report to another format, like pdf, that would be awesome, since we're having to copy the content of the information on screen and paste it into an excel spreadsheet so we can enlarge the font and add a field the employees can sign for the checking of the hours worked ( which would also be a great little feature) in order to finalize completely the report process. The copy and paste is the only solution found so far, and it implies a little more effort, which is ok with me but it may not be for another of our clients.-
