My clients would really benefit from having the system auto-create a reminder for supervisors to approve time cards. My clients report this functionality was available in their previous solution, and so they need to take on the additional task of reminding their staff to approve time sheets.
I think having an option within the processing rule to auto email supervisors and/or employees to approve their timesheets would be a big improvement.

I also have multiple clients who are interested in having an automated reminder email go to ee/supervisor to remind them to approve timecards - it would be ideal to be able to set a date time/post the end of the pay period to have the emails sent

Our organization supports two TAA softwares. Over the past 2 years, we have ceased selling the one, which was previously used for managing "large, complex TAA clients", as TW+ has closed the gap dramatically and meets the needs of all most all of our clients. That said, pretty much the only common complaint I receive from clients who transitioned from the other system is that TW+ does not generate automated time card approval reminder emails.
I would love to see the system create these types of messages. It seems like the back bone is there (Time Off Request email notifications), and it would yield a small, but significant, improvement to many clients.
