When a user generates a report or defines a time card with a date range, it is limited to 400 days. However, this is not indicated anywhere in the system.
Desired change would be to make this limitation known to the employee.

Error message, "Maximum reporting date range 400 days when the report does not begin during a finalized pay period." is misleading because it seems like having a finalized pay period would fix it.
