When the client has WebClock disabled, globally, the field in Employee Setup should default to 'No'.
What currently happens is it defaults to Yes regardless if the client has WebClock enabled or in this case, not enabled.
Having it default to Yes when it's disabled, negatively skews the Dashboard statistics.
