When the schedule is published and when there are many open shifts available that the employee qualifies for they receive a notification for each open shift. Need TS to send only one notification alerting the employee that there are multiple shifts available for pickup and to check their employee portal.
Example: https://scheduling.payrollservers.us - client Medicentres, company ID MEDCA - publish schedules months in advance and a month at a time. The physician groups will have multiple open shifts, in the month of Jan 2017 they have 163 open shifts that all of their physicians qualify for. That means all 100+ physicians will each receive 163 open shift notfications.
