Make Employee Self Serve Time Out Period customizable Merged

I have clients who enter project hours on an electronic time card all day long. I have set them up with Timecard Edit functionality, however the system times out after 15 minutes of inactivity and they need to log in over and over again throughout the day.

I understand that this is intended for security purposes, especially if we are talking about the Admin Portal. Most of my clients' employee self serve accounts have little to no sensitive information, however, and having the ability to change the time out period from a default of 15 minutes to something custom to meet client need would be beneficial
