Several clients want it mandatory for their employees to have to enter in clock prompts upon clock in and clock out. Clients with several clock prompts are having to answer those prompts when entering in Bonuses and PTO time, which was not an issue in Timeworks. Currently the only way to avoid this is allow employees to skip the prompts or make the prompt answers not editable, which would cause a problem if an employee keyed in the incorrect answer. I would like to suggest that manual entries submitted by management not require clock prompt answers even if they are considered mandatory.
I also have a client that has this issue. They only need the prompt required for worked hours. Since they manually enter in their Vacation, Sick, etc the prompt is requiring them to enter something in. Would like to see this not required on the Edit function side of the timecard but keeping the employee punches required.
