The comment box that pops up is very distracting for clients when they are filling in time or edits on the timecards. It would be more aesthetically pleasing and less interruptive if it did not pop up when the fields are clicked. I would like to suggest replacing that feature with a fillable field on the side.
I agree. In addition, my client's employees think that it is where they are supposed to enter their notes, when in fact we have a note field as a clock prompt that we want them to use. The employees get confused and put the notes they are supposed to complete in the comment box.
