An Audit Trail that allows administrators to see if shift was assigned by a manager or if an employee offered to pick it up. This would be helpful because to prove to an employee that they put in the request to pick up the shift. We have some employee who forget that they made the request to pick up the shift state that it must be ab error and refuses to work the shift. We need something that we can prove the employee picked up the shift.
