Currently when an employee takes a partial day off (example 8am-12pm) they are shown as taking the full day off in TimeSimplicity and therefore are not able to be scheduled.
An update to allow the employee to be scheduled after their time off is needed. In this example the employee can still work an afternoon or evening shift.

'Partial Day' requests are made in TimeWorksPlus ESS by selecting the radio button called 'Partial Day - Times.' If an employee makes a Partial Day request this way, the entire day will not be blocked in TimeSimplicity. Only the span of time between the From and To will be blocked.
Please verify that employees are making the correct type of Time Off Request. Contact Support if you need additional help.
