This user does not have much need for Home and Secondary workgroups. They try to evenly distribute employees around different sets of Workgroups.
When reassigning shifts in the Calendar Scheduler, it defaults to Home only when showing the candidates. The user would like this to at least switch to Home/Secondary automatically so that they don't have to constantly change it.

This is a bug. We will fix it. The Candidates modal remembers your previous 'Show Only' selection when you reach it from Scheduler > Who can Work this. However the Candidates modal seems to forget your prior selection when you reach it from Calendar Scheduler > Reassign. We will make both routes remember your prior selection.
