Right now when a 30 day demo client is setup I have to manually set an outlook reminder to upgrade them the day before they expire. A reminder e-mail would alleviate this need. Furthermore, during the client's setup, if there were an option to automatically upgrade the client after 30 days that would be especially helpful, as most of our clients the arrangement is that if they do not cancel within 30 days then the charges automatically start being assessed. We can program this in the payroll software, however we still need to remember to manually upgrade the account.
