Our payroll export must have the employee's SSN listed without dashes. Would like to be able to set up the SSN field as required and limit to 9 characters so no dashes are put in by the client. It would be very convenient if by client we could "turn on" which fields are required when a new employee is being set up. This will help us from having to go back in and re-enter items.
