It would be helpful to many of our clients to have the 'select by criteria' option to include if Export blocked = False (or True) when running a Summary Report so they can see the exact total of hours/amount that will be imported into payroll.

Without this option, it can be very hard for clients with many temp/exempt employees recording hours for reporting purposes only to reconcile their payroll. Summary Report does not match up with any of the data on Download Activity Files and import files.
A work around is to use an employee setup field, and then make smart groups to manage your export process, but it would be much more convenient if the option was available under Select By Criteria
