We have several clients using clock prompts for jobs, scope of work, location, etc... The majority of prompt settings force an employee to select something when they clock in. However, clients are getting frustrated that they are also forced to enter something when they add PTO or Sick time to an employee's timecard. It would be great if:
Prompts were optional for Time Off Requestable punch categories or
Time Off Requestable punch categories were set to the employee's default Department/Location/Job, while still requiring the employee to select something for the non-Time Off Requestable punch categories or
The prompt requirement was removed for hours that are being added directly to a time-card by a Supervisor or Admin
I think that any of these would be a good enhancement, and I can name a few clients that would feel the same way.
