Have the visibility of the announcements (employee bulletin now) work based on the criteria selected instead of the creation date of the announcments, so that new hires can see announcements even if they were created prior to their hire date.

This would save time re-creating bulletins each time someone new is hired and risking an employee missing an important announceements. One of our clients whose employees move around a lot from one job site to the next are using these bulletins extensively on the mobile app so it's really important for them.
