Web Browser Pops Up in Front of other Windows After a Period of Inactivity

After a period of inactivity, the web browser that is running Swipeclock flashes to the forefront, overlaying any program running.  This interrupts whatever process is being worked on. To get back to the program, the browser has to be moved or minimized.  This is annoying and disruptive.  We need the option to turn off this timeout notice or have the ability to set our own timeout settings, within reason.  I get complaints about this from clients as well.  Ugh.  It just happened as I was typing this!  :)

NOTE: To my knowledge, this occurs on Safari only.
