We have had new several hires fill out the city field for their address with the city, state and zip information. This is found on the first page of the onboarding "paperwork". This causes issues and the employee will not roundtrip to payroll. I am including a screenshot of how it shows currently and how it could be better aligned to clean things up and make it easier for the new hire to know what should go where.
