In a PEO, we have multiple service providers supporting clients and have the ability to make adjustments on the fly. It would be useful if there was an audit trail to better figure out the root cause of an issue, like if someone accidentally turned off the recurring sync and the client became upset with not being able to access new employees for weeks.
