Lets say and employee is scheduled to work from 1-5pm on a day, but can't. They could say come in at 3pm and another employee is schedule 3-6pm. Currently because of the overlap the system won't let these employees try to help each other or pickup each others shifts. It would be nice if the employee who didn't try to drop, could swap their shift in this instance rather than just talk to a manager like currently.
