I have a client with an employee who receives a second pay stub every payroll, but only one pay stub will show in the employee portal for WorkforceHub NextGen. I reached out to support and was told that we cannot deliver more than one stub per check date to employees at this time. I'm requesting that when there are two stubs for an employee for the same check date that both pay stubs are visible for the employee and employer.
