SBEIU sync failure Alert to Service Bureau email contacts if feature auto set Inactive

Currently no way for a Service Bureau to know if a clients SwipeClock integration sync has been disabled ( set Inactive ) from a failed sync attempt.

All SBEIU users would benefit from this alert as client data is no longer being imported into SwipeClock.
