More Preference Controls
We would like anyone with manager rights to have the ability to turn on/off preferences for employees so that we can adjust the schedule without needing employees to mess with preferences they may have entered when they were initially hired. We only need preferences when we build the schedule in November/December and then we need to not have them get in the way of any schedule changes after that. If we can avoid having to have 80+ people go into their schedules to remove preferences, that would be great. We'd like something where we can manually adjust or set rights to override that ourselves instead of having you do it for us.
Those are our 3 major requests.
