When pay rate changes sync from Prism, the effective date in SC is the day of the change/sync. Many pay rate changes are effective at the beginning of pay period for example, which is prior to the date that the change is entered. Prism allows you to select an effective date, but that date is not pulled into SC so you end up having to correct the effective date in SC. Doubling the work essentially. Please consider this enhancement. Thank you!
