Bi Directional Sync EE Phone and Email between TS and TWP
TWP ESS, Scheduling Menu Option, TS ESS, Profile, Change Profile
If an employee changes their phone number or email in the TS employee portal it is overwritten by the integration. Currently we have to rely on the partner and client to train the employees to only change their phone number and email in the TWP ESS, not the scheduling ESS. Since employees cannot change their employee number or name in the TS employee portal could we also make it so that they cannot change the phone and email as well?
