TWP to TS Integration Bringing Over Inactive Employees
When the integration runs and it brings over the inactive employees as well as the active ones. This also means it also brings all the inactive employees garbage data with it. This creates inaccurate data in TimeSimplicity, i.e. incorrect entries, codes no longer used, misspelled, etc. When the garbage comes over we have to clean it up in TS or clean up the inactive employee data, before we can integrate. For some clients the inactive employees can be a massive amount, i.e. companies with a lot of staff turnover. One client we have has 108 active employees to the 1300+ inactive employees, meaning 1 in 14 employees are inactive. Somehow though the integration still needs to be able to term employees that are currently active in TS.
