Provide Option on Client Login Accounts to Manually Set the Timeout Period for Inactivity
After 30 minutes of inactivity, Swipeclock either refreshes the browser or logs the user out of the website, depending on the account. When this occurs, the screen flashes and the Swipeclock webpage becomes the current page. Per support, this is designed to protect information similar to how bank websites auto logout after inactivity.
I would like to see a login-account" option where we can set the number of minutes to keep an account logged in without interruption. It is both distracting and annoying when the S/C screen flashes and takes over. We are in and out of S/C constantly during the day so having this option would be a welcomed addition. If there are no SS#s or other sensitive information on the screen, I do not believe this would present a compliance or security issue.
