Employee Missing Punch Alert & Report

I want to alert an employee by email or text if they missed a punch, manually or automatically. I want Managers to be notified by email and be able to run a report

    We also have had requests for a missed punch report showing the date that the punch is missing so they can print it and post it by the timeclock.
