TimeWorks Plus- Enable Downloading scripting keyword or similar methodology"
Currently there is no keyword for If downloading" is true or false in TimeWorks Plus. OR a Similar methodology
This is an important scripting feature for a variety of TimeWorks scripts and can't currently be accomplished in TimeWorks Plus.
It can be used for Unpaid Time off, as one example. clients can track unpaid time off requests using the time off request feature. the UN paid time could be displayed on the time card but then not downloaded by using the "downloading " script keyword.
OR if there is another method for Unpaid time off, allow the time to display on the card but NOT be added to the totals, which skews the amount of hours and or pay.
it should be able to:
1. Be Configurable based on category.
2. Able to restrict pay rates, pay only punches OR hours from exporting but still allow it to be viewable on the time card.
3. PLEASE POST YOUR OTHER USES FOR THE DOWNLOADING KEYWORD FEATURE HERE!
