When adding custom documents to the onboarding portal, and the employee signature merge tag is used, the signature size cannot be adjusted, and the signature comes in very big.
The signature needs to entered in its own line, otherwise it throws off the page layout for the rest of the document.
Additionally, it looks unprofessional to have a really big signature when everything else is smaller.
