TimeWorks Plus - Overtime Week Separate from Pay Period
I want to configure different Hour maximums (OT, ACA, etc.) for groups of employees & be alerted when EE’s are approaching overtime, exceeded OT, etc.. Also be able to: Approve OT, correctly calculate different payrates or retro hours as it pertains to OT, monitor (via dashboard, reports) the max hour averages by employee over a longer duration of time (e.g. months, quarters, years), easily share/print OT reports or stats with individual managers, prompt employees at the clock regarding their OT
