Disable Functions within Mobile App
We have a couple clients that use both traditional/web and Mobile App clocks. We've found that even though we have time off request ability disabled for the ESS, employees can still request time off through the mobile app, which was a little confusing for our client. We'd like to be able to keep both items (ESS and Mobile App) in sync or disable specific items in the app itself.
I would love to see the mobile app better reflect the actual processing rules setup at the client level. For example, if the client is not using the Scheduler, don't have the My Schedule option appear on the mobile application. If the client is not using TOR, don't have the My Time-Off option.
This would offer employees a consistent experience insofar as the features they can access from the ESS portal vs. the mobile app and reduce unnecessary clutter on the mobile app menu.
