Currently everyone has access for 30 days after deactivation which I understand. What does not make sense is that employees can continue to use the system beyond that even if they are deactivated, effectivly making deactiving the client largely pointless.
After those 30 days everyone should not have access and billing should stop. It is not possible to police if termed clients are using the system when they said they would not be so we have no idea this is going to happen and causes confustion for us and the client.
