A lot of users have asked for onboarding (and Workflow) templates that include all relevant documents, custom fields and questions. This would let hiring managers click on the template they want to use to send to an employee for a given position without having to look for the custom fields and documents needed for that one position.

I agree! I would really like to see reusable templates in the workflows. For example, once an employee has been hired for 90 days the employer could send them the health insurance options and enrollment forms without having to recreate the workflow every time but simply choose the employee they want to send that workflow to.
