When an admin adds a message to the communication center in WorkforceHUB, the email that is sent to the employee doesn't format the way it was written in the message itself. Wondering if we can have it email the employee with the same spacing and format as the message itself.
Edit to the idea above - This has come up as a question with Workflow Emails as well. I don't think there is a way to format that welcome/instructions box. A few people have asked if this could be changed.
