For Shugo when an employee request a reset password the current only way is to text the employee, which if the employee has not gone to the profile and added this they will not be able to get this code and some wont because they get charged text fees....the setup requires email and the reset request is set to allow this however does not function to email reset access codes, since we already have the email address on file can this be fixed to email the new access code to them as well vs only texting, the emails that go to them at registration will not even currently tell them this either so the only way for them to get a new code at lock outs or forgot passwords is to go through the admin or in most cases for us specifically we have to go in and do this. Please allow the emails to feed over to this area and when resets are requested they can be emailed to save alot of time and frustration on the employees and admins.
