Employees can currently see their paystubs and accrual balances in WFH, and any Company Docs/Links, as well as their on-boarding docs if they use on-boarding. The Employee Portals for our competitors are more robust and allow the employee to see their recurring payroll deductions, pay rate history, current W-4 elections, Direct Deposit setup, Emergency Contacts...etc. It would be great if these features could be added to the WFH employee portal. Giving employees access to see their payroll/HR data is a benefit to them, as well as to the payroll/HR people for the company, as it reduces the number of questions they get from employees.
