It would be great if we could filter IP restrictions based on Employee Setup and/or Groups. This would be helpful for clients with multiple locations that have multiple IP restrictions but want to make sure that employees are clocking at their specific location.
An additional beneficial feature would be the ability to set an employee as "exempt" from the IP restriction.
We have clients with remote employees who clock in/out from their phones from all manner of locations and we cannot possibly whitelist all possible IPs for the dynamic connection of a mobile device. We unfortunately just have to remove the feature.
Hey Carissa, would there be an added benefit of a filtered IP over something like Geofencing?
