Our clients want their rehires to fill out all new onboarding information when being rehired. In order to prevent duplicate employee records in the payroll system we currently have to manually review all of the Onboarding forms to make the updates. If there was a document that listed the rehired Employee's new rate of pay, address, etc we could update the payroll system without all the extra manual labor.
