The ability to add a different login credentials for Workforce HUB besides the employee's email address. Right now, it's challenging for an employee to enter their full email address each time they have to clock in/out, especially on the mobile app. This is a better option than providing them login to TWP separately. This streamline the process as 1 single-source login from an employee experience.

The other problem is that if they work (or have worked for) for multiple companies that use Hub, they have the same login info and have to maintain two separate passwords. They can't reset their password because Hub wouldn't know which it's changing, so an Admin has to change it for them each time. But at least if it's their email address, they are more likely to remember what their login is.
