We have a some clients who find the Schedule Preferences section of Time Simplicity insufficient and they want to use Employee Notes in Time Simplicity so that supervisors can quickly/easily see more detail the employee has provided about their availability.
In the current system, we cannot give employees access to their Notes under Profile. This forces supervisors or administrators to collect those availability notes and then add them to employee records.
If we had the option under Roles >> Employee to give the employees access to their Notes, then in these situations, employees can add the detail themselves.
