As a supervisor or manager begins to use the system, their activity can be monitored to make sure they're engaged in using the features of the system. As certain scenarios seem to be showing in their behavior, or if normal activity lags, automated messages can go out in the form of page pop-ups, emails, or texts to get them engaged again. These promptings might be reminders to perform certain tasks, or provide education on the capabilities of the system to help them overcome the issue they're facing based on their behavior. It could be a way to subtly introduce features they're not yet taking advantage of. Perhaps similar notifications would be available to the partner, so they could follow up themselves as an opportunity to connect with the client.
This would be an automated way combat churn, and stay ahead of a situation that might cause a client to cancel service.
